Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

Shipping: All items ship free. Because many of our products are hand built to order by high quality artisans throughout the country, shipping, handling and production times do vary. Whenever not specified, you can always find out estimated lead times by emailing info@sarahvirginiahome.com.

Returns: Sarah Virginia Home accepts returns with 14 days of delivery.  Please contact customer service for instructions on how to process a return. Returned goods must be in original packaging and original condition. Light fixtures cannot be returned if they have been installed regardless of fixture condition or original packaging.

Returned merchandise will be inspected when it arrives at our facility. Please allow up to 14 days for us to inspect any returned merchandise and process your refund. 

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange any goods purchased from Sarah Virginia Home please contact customer service and Sarah Virginia will personally pull other options that may work better for your home. We have access to thousands of products and manufacturers, many of which are not listed on our site.

Damages: If for any reason an item arrives damaged please contact customer service and we will expedite a replacement right away. 

Satisfaction: We want you to love your purchase from Sarah Virginia Home! If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your merchandise, please contact customer service.
