Shipping and Return Policies

We want each and every customer to be satisfied with their purchase from Sarah Virginia Home. We are here to serve you and answer any questions you may have.

Shipping and Lead times:

We are a small company and do our best to ship every order as soon as possible. Many of our products are made to order and can have a lead time of up to 8 weeks. However, most of our items arrive within 2-3 weeks unless otherwise indicated on the product description. 

Please contact customer service if you need an item by a specific date. We will get back to you within 1 business day. If you are on a tight timeline contact us and we will do everything we can to make it happen!

Return Policy:

We accept returns on all items within 14 days of the items arrival. Please contact customer service for instructions on how to return.

Customers are required to pay for return shipping.

We will process your return within 3-5 days of receiving your item. Item must be undamaged. 

Damages:

Unfortunately, some items do arrive damaged. Please inspect your item the day it arrives for damage. If your item does arrive damage please contact customer service right away with photos of the damage as well as your order number. We will expedite a replacement at no additional cost.
